The Basic Program is a short-term training system designed to take your student through their first three beginner belts
Basic Students will focus their physical training on strength, fitness, self-defense, coordination, and balance. This will be paired heavily with the mental disciplines of respect, control, confidence, and focus.

Absolutely not. Although they will learn cool martial arts and self-defense moves, your child will learn how to AVOID fights, not pick them.
Our Teen & Adults Martial Arts program is for ages 14 & up.
Classes are divided by age and experience levels. STAR provides 5-7 options for each student group throughout the week, Monday through Friday in the afternoons and evenings. Students are encouraged to attend twice per week.
Our Martial Arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students learn to be leaders at home, at school and in their community in an enjoyable, safe environment. Come and take a class for yourself - we all have a blast and our instructors do too.
No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in a enjoyable team environment.
